Kristian Harloff (born October 1, 1975) is the former vice president of development at Collider Video. He also served as the host of Collider Jedi Council and Collider Live, is the current chairman and former team and singles champion of the Movie Trivia Schmoedown, and contributor to Collider Movie Talk.

Kristian joined AMC Movie News in 2014 and moved along with it to Collider. He took his show, Jedi Council with him, and expanded the Schmoedown to a full show.

Schmoes Know[]

Kristian is one half of the the movie reviewing duo "Schmoes Know" along with Mark Ellis. In 2016 it was announced that Collider had picked up the Schmoes and present all of their content, including the weekly live show, "The Schmoes Know Movie Show". Rebranded "The Schmoes Know Show", it began airing Thursday evenings from the Collider studios. in 2017, with the shows move to Wednesday nights, Kristian announced he would take an indefinite hiatus from the live show.


Kristian is the Co-Creator, Commissioner and a sometimes competitor in the Movie Trivia Schmoedown. He is the announcer for most matches.

Kristian has competed in singles, as well as part of the one time champion Schmoes with Mark Ellis.
